I have one new exchange user that cannot receive external emails.

I have one new user I created several days ago that can't receive any external emails. I read around a bit and the SMTP connector seems fine. Any idea's of which way to point me. I'm relatively new to exchange.

Are there any systems in between your exchange server and the outside world?  We use MailMarshal and I sometimes forget to add them in there, otherwise - no external email received.
Hmm...I assume you have deleted the mailbox and recreated??
Are you sure their smtp address isn't misspelled?
