What better for transfering files i.e. WCF, FTP or a webservice.

Ideally at the moment i'm looking to use either a web service or wcf in order to address firewall issues i.e. by using port 80.

However i've not had much experiance with wcf so i'm wondering which appraoch would be better.

Ideally any advice and/or code samples would be much appreciated

Thanks
P
