Using acDialog to open form suppresses Min/Max Button

I have had to use acDialog to open one of my forms.

The problem is that the form I am opening has the Min/Max buttons suppressed.

Is there a way to get these buttons back /

Thin and Sizable are the only two that have the Min Max buttons visible if they are enabled.
