I am trying to install Windows Server 2003 on a Dell Poweredge 6450 - I get 2% into the install and the machine hangs.  I have to re-boot machine and install does not finish.  I am not getting any errors on the machine itself.  Any suggestions.

We are a non-profit so the server was donated to us without software.  I will try going online to see if I can download anything.  I didn't realize we needed to prep first.

you really don't need the prep disk just makes install easier...take the service tag from the dell server and goto http://support.dell.com from there you can download all the drivers as well as find out what hardware is actually on the box.
