Hi all,

How do we create a shared resource mailbox in Exch2003, so that a certain group of users can able to book that resource (i.e, Conference Room) for 2 months?
And once anyone books the room the other members should receive an email regarding this..

Can anyone advice me on that???

For a resource (conference room) to accept an invitation to a meeting, you will want to configure the auto-accept agent. Here is a link to that:

Notice the section on "Managing resource mailboxes" and the part about delegates getting copies of the invitations. They shouldn't accept the invite, as that may cause mixups with the resource mailbox.
