Microsoft Exchange server 2007 / Mailbox size exceeded

Hi,
We have migrated to our new exchange server 2007 yesterday and after we import emails to exchange 2007, some users are having mailbox size more than 2 GB and I received an email from exchange admin as saying your mailbox quota increased more than 2 GB, please delete some emails and you cannot send /receive emails since your mailbox quota is full
Please advise how to increase this quota as we already specified unlimited by default
Awaiting your earliest reply

No problem.
Most of us only check the user account instead of the database account.  You might need to check whether you put those user in a right database or not (if you have more than one database).  If happen to me last time because I put one unlimited account into the limit database and that user get the complain about the quota.
thanks a lot i done it and it is working now
