Dear experts:

Hi again!

On VB 2005 Splash screen, I dragged and dropped a combo object and a label. Both of them are placed at the top of the screen. I tried to drag and move them down. But they came down. But instantly they returned back to the top.

Thanks a lot!

Now I cannot even drag and drop a new object.  The cursor changes to a cross, and then changes to a circle with a straight line dissecting the circle when I tried to drag the cursor on the splash screen.

Thanks!

Have you the application running ? Check if you have the application on stop mode.

If you're project is running you can drag the controls on the form but when you leave them, they go back to their original position. It this what's happening to you ?

I am trying to put ComboBox on Splash Screen.

To create a splash screen, go to Project menu > Add Item > select "Splash Screen."

That's because the build-in Splash Screen form uses a Table Layout Panel and you can have only one control for each cell. Add more columns or rows and add that combobox to the new cells.
