Converting HTML site to Joomla template

We have a client with a HTML site that they want to convert into Joomla so they can use Joomla to manage content, etc.

Does anybody know of tutorials that can help me out?

You're looking at creating a Joomla template from their HTML.  From the tags of this post, it looks like you're using Joomla 1.5.  This should be of assistance:  http://docs.joomla.org/Joomla%21_1.5_Template_Tutorials_Project

They just posted a great tutorial at lynda.com for creating custom templates with joomla 1.5

It's very easy to follow, hopefully they will do some tutorials on building components next.
