HP  DL380 G5  SATA  data  recovery - HELP

How to recover DATA ?
I can see  that HDD but whenever I try to open it. It is aksing to FORMAT but if I use anither recivery software,  I can get Recover files extension wise NOT AS THIS HARD Disk was connected.

I don't really understand the Q.

Anyway, if you want to recover data from a bad HD, connect it to a PC running windows and scan it using getdataback. If this tool sees your data, register it so you can copy the data off. After that use the HD manufacturer's diagnostic tool to test the HD, and if it is OK, reformat it so you can use it again.
