Virtual Machine Manager: Adding Host

I am trying to add a host to my virtual machine manager, the host is running windows server 2008 Hyper-V 6.0.6001.18016

I am getting this error:
Error (407)
Detailed Error (No mapping between account names and security IDs was done (0x80070534))
The agent operation with server vm1.domain.local was not successful.

Many times that occurs when you try to add a host to a domain and do not use the domain\username format, rather than juse the username.
Let me know if that helps, if not, we'll keep searching out an answer.
