dot1x authentication is not supported by some win xp machines?

I have configured a Dot1X authentication on my cisco switchs and it worked perfectly... The only issue that I am facing is that some windows xp computers in the network is lacking the option of dot1x configuration in NIC properties.is there a way to add the authentication tab to xp machines which dont have that?

RPPreacher, I updated the driver but the dot1x authentication tab did not show yet I have a Realtek RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC ... Any chance there is another solution ?

Use the manufacturers driver. Not the one from the Microsoft update page.

The problem is from service pack 3 once I uninstalled the service pack 3, the Authentication tab showed... Please if you can provide me with anyfix to enable the dot1x authentication tab on the SP3 I have to deploy them to 100 PC's in the orgnization and all of them are win XP prof SP3.
