How can hide members of a DL , in GAL from others, except the distribution group members?
In our organization we using exchange 2003 servers and outlook 2000 as client.
Im a exchange system administrator of this setup.
How can i  hide members of a DL , in GAL from others, except the distribution group members?
the DL members must able to see the members in GAL, But others ,from other , except the DL members  should not able to see the members of the DL.
I need the step by step procedure to make it.
Experts, please guide me to do it.

There isn't a procedure for this because it only involves a couple of steps.

1. In AD open User properties of any DL member
2. Go to the Exchange Advance tab page and tick the box saying "Hide from Exchange address list"

That is it.

It will hide the Entire members list in GAL ,nobody can view the members list including owner.
