I am using Exchange 2003 Active Sync for all my mobile users; it is working great.  My question is regarding one user who has a Windows Mobile 6 device and wants to wirelessly sync his Outlook Notes.  I can't seem to find a way to do this; is there something I am missing or a third party tool I can use?

Thanks.

Simple answer is you can't with exchange as notes are not part of the OMA structure.

Alternatives are Microsoft OneNote, or you could try phatnotes - http://www.phatware.com/index.php?q=product/details/phatnotes
