Disable out of office message from Lotus Notes

I have tried to 'disable' my out of office tool, but it has a message "a request to disable the out of office is in progress.  Please wait momentarily for the server to disable the agent".  And I keep receiving emails to disable. I have tried from the Tools, Out of office agent but everyday I am getting same message. So that I have to delete every day.

I will apprecite any help.

There seems to be something wrong with the actions the administrator's supposed to execute. A lot is automated but there are always some corners that don't follow the boss's instructions. You should ask your Admin to look into this problem. I have the idea that AdminP should be activated or reactivated manually. Maybe there are errors in the events queues that block the execution of AdminP. A good Admin (which I am not, by the way) will know.

Hi

The other issue could be if you have a mailbox quota allocated.  I would check that you're not over quota (archive/delete if needed) & try this again.

Failing this - are you the Notes Admin?

sorry guys, I wasn't able to figure this one out as time ran out a while ago and I haven't had a chance to come back to this in a wile:( thanks for the effort though
