Need Redundant DHCP Server access per each Vlan + Cisco 3750 Switch Layer 3

I am thinking about adding two DHCP IP helper addresses per each vlan to make sure if one of the DHCP Servers would fail that DHCP will persist.  Does this present a problem?  Each building will have two subnets as well and we have three buildings.  Printers are static and they are on their own VLAN.  Any recommendations for Redundancy for DHCP Server 2008?

Is DHCP redundancy that necessary?

In any case, use 2 DHCP server, but seperate the range they give out...

Example:

Server 1:
192.168.10.10 - 130

Server 2:
192.168.10.131-254

Have the ip helper address as the broadcast address of the DHCP servers network:

If DHCP Server 1 was 192.168.20.2,
and DHCP Server 2 was 192.168.20.5,

In Cisco:

interface (IF NAME)
 ip address 192.168.10.1 255.255.255.0
 ip helper-address 192.168.20.255
 no ip directed-broadcast
