Why my ISA 2006 server uses many of the available DHCP addresses for Its RAS

hi fellas
i just want an explanation to this , isa server uses many ips from the dhcp server
i have not started the RAS at the isa server , it was automatically enabled
please have a look at the attached picture to see what i mean cheers.

Set ISA not to use DHCP for RAS clients... And it frees that DHCP adresses....
