Email Forwarding

I have a user that needs an automatiion system for a mailbox.  If an email is sent to this mailbox it should forward the email to 1 of 4 users in the company and preferably  cc the manager as well.  Can this be done in outlook?  Do I need 3rd party software for this?

Hi,
You can setup Rules in Outlook to run when a new mail is received. In rule the action can be set to forward the mail to who ever you want to decide. This does not require Outlook to be running all the time, so do not worry !
Here is a link to guide you....http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP052428971033.aspx
Hope this helps
Thanks

Yes I am aware of this feature in Outlook, however I need it to be forwarded to 1 of the 4 people not all of them, eg:  I have users A,B,C,D when an email is sent to the mailbox it must deliver to user A, the next time it must deliver to user B etc... sort of a round robin delivery system?

Wow.....Cool !!! :-) !!!
Well in that case the answer is that it is not possible out of Box. You will have to write a macro that will maintain a counter and send mails in a round robin manner.
So you got to ask your question in Scripting Zone also :-) !
Thanks
