I need to print the to-do bar on the daily calendar report from another users calander. I need it to show tasks with the calander. I have setup myself as a delegate with editor permissions and set editor permissions on the task's, calendar, and inbox. I have also checked the printing format. The tasks will not show up. I also do not get a list of there tasks when I pull up there calendar. I can access there tasks fine when I open there tasks from the menu

For whatever reason Microsoft doesn't provide the ability to print the TO-DO's when accessing someone else's calendar / to-do even when full permissions are granted. I don't have access to anyone else's calendar / to-do's but have you tried the Calendar Printing Assistant? http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=3F28D5DC-25A4-41BD-9C98-67C47C6CD8FF&displaylang=en

Hope that helps
