I have a mailing list that I want to transfer but when I copy and paste I get the names and not the email addresses

In outlook I have a list of people that I send a newsletter. It has grown a lot.

I want to transfer this email list to word and organize it, but I want to copy and paste the email addresses not the names of the people associated with the email addresses.

An example:
In outlook I see
TO: 'John, Doe' <jDoe@harvard.edu>; 'Alex, Antoli' <alex.Antoli@google.com>

when i copy and paste from the above list then i get
John Doe and Alex Antoli
but what I want is
jDoe@harvard.edu and alex.antoli@google.com

is this possible?

Your best bet is to create a distibution list with the addresses in, then on the distribution list window file --> save as and choose the text only (*.txt) type.

this will produce a txt file with the name and email address.

That doesn't work to deal with the list I already have...

Is there no way to do it other then to retype all of these addresses?
