I have a client with a new Macbook. She is in Florida. At a hotel, her iChat (video conferencing) worked fine.<br />

At her new apartment, which is serviced by Brighthouse DSL using a Cisco 585LRE modem, her iChat does not work. Does anyone know why not? Does Brighthouse block the necessary ports? If so, can I open them on this modem, and if so, how?<br />
