Import/Export GAL/Public Folders

We have a CRM system which only supports importing contacts into a public folder in Exchange. Since there is no support for public folders in OMA, I figured it would be pretty simple to import a public folder in the GAL, but I haven't been able to find much documentation.

Is there a way to copy a public folder to the GAL? I'd prefer to do this programatically so I can automate it.
