I would like to allow users to change their own Outlook contact information. This would only include the basic information and not their e-mail address etc., How is this done?

Hi, reportguru.

That information is in Active Directory, not Outlook.  Outlook doesn't have the ability to make changes, it just displays the information.  Making changes requires access to Active Directory.  There are 3rd-party tools available or you can create your own tool.
