Hello.

I use Crystal report 8 reports with VB6. The soft is installed on client computers by installshield.

I've installed it without problem on many computers but I've got today a new problem :
RTF option doesn't appear on export options list on Crystal report screen ?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for your answer.

The dlls are included in the installation and are correctly registered on previous 10 installations (Windows XP on all computers) ?

It uses the export dlls it finds to build the list.

CR8 was never tested on XP and there have been many questions asked here where it works on some and not on others.

No ideas.
