Wrap text around photo or flash image

It has left my mind how to wrap text around a flash image or image within a cell.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

It is difficult to near impossible -- http://www.google.com/search?num=30&q=wrap+text+around+flash

But worse than that, most big news sites like BBC, ABC and CNN cannot get this to work right either.  And in addition, many major companies put a flash video DIV right where their main menus drop down, and the menus are more or less destroyed by the flash file or movie file showing above the menu items.

If you are talking just a picture, that is a lot easier --
