See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944687 to see if this is your error and situation.  If your Communicator version is 2.0.6362.0 release it has no updates applied.
Please update to 2.0.6362.64.

I did not ask this question, my coworker must have. I am closing this as i have to ask a new question and I don;t think the issue mentioned in this question is resolved yet.
