Hi,
I am running some dictation software under Metaframe Presentation Server 4.0 - of course from a Neighbourhood Client. The problem is that I don't know how to make Olympus DR-1000 dictation device work that way. I know some details about Device Level Redirection, but I guess it's working only for printers and storage devices. Can anyone direct me into some solution or a way how to handle this case? I have a source code of that application, so I can adjust it to all the requirements. Please just direct me into something. I will really appreciate any help from you. Thank you.

Are you using DSS Player Pro with a Citrix Presentation environment? If so, Olympus recommends that you contact your Olympus Authorized Dealer for assistance. no other way around

Have you tried Philips SpeechMagic" ? This appears to be the product Citrix recommends. More information here:

No, I am not using those players. I've got my own player and recorder. I figured out that I need to use virtual channels. Does anybody know, why dynamic virtual channels are not present in other systems than Win Server 2008?

Hi. I think I have found my own solution. It is recommended to use Virtual Channels and map a device into that channel with CITRIX SDK.
