Trying to install circular 230 or similliar statement on the bottom of all sent emails from the mail server.

Is it possible for me to set up a circular 230 statement from the mail server instead of doing it on everyones Outlook one at a time?

However, 3rd party like GFI MailEssentials is more user friendly.
