Keep track of Windows logon and off - XP pro

I would like to create a process in vb.net  that keep track of all users in my company when logon and off.  Similiar to this link. Is this prossible at all.

this MS utility may help you generating the logon/off report. as you may put the following line in a script, you may make it automatic.

Log Parser 2.2
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/tools/logparser/default.mspx

If you have an active directory the Log Parser might be more of your ticket.

This isnt exactly what you are lookin for but i think its close.
