Running Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Enterprise Vault 7.  Offline vault option enabled.  Recently when I try to open Enterprise Vault archived message, received the following outlook error message:
The custom form cannot be opened.  Outlook will use an Outlook form instead.  A required action was not successful due to an unspecified error.  Any idea what might have caused the above error message and Outlook cannot display the archived message from the offline vault?

Problem Resolved.  For some unknown reason, the Enterprise Vault Forms are missing within outlook.  After adding the forms back, I am able to retrieve the offline vault archived message.
