Microsoft exchange reported error 0x80072F06 Unknown error 0x80072F06

I have installed new exchange server 2007 SP1 with CCR. my servers consists of three servers, one act as HUB&CAS and the other two acting as mailbox server with Cluster Contineus Replication. after installation I found there is no Offline Address Book (OAB) hase been generated. I created it manually but after that I found my outlook users have problem during send and receive process that displays error message saying that "task reported error 0x80072F06 Unknown error 0x80072F06"
How can I resolve this problem ???
