How to create a FULL MSI

Hi,

I've recently installed WINInstall LE and have made my first MSI package with it.  I've noticed though that it creates an MSI and also some folders and reg files etc for the MSI to call on.  I need to make an MSI where all the files and folders needed for the installation are stored internally on the MSI.  Is there a way to do this with WINInstall LE?

Thanks
