Condition was as following,
if the user having problem in IE, I can resolve the problem by rename user profile and login again. Then system apply new user profile for the following user. so the IE profile setting was refresh.

If I do not want to rename user profile, how should I do with registry?

Is it internet explorer 7 ?

You could reset everything to the default settings.
goto Tools --> internet Options --> Advanced Tab .
Here you see at the bottom the option to Reset Internet explorer settings .
Press reset and it will refer to the "original" settings

Hope it helps.
