Beginning mid morning about 10 days ago, a user reported that Outlook 2003 started erroring out with the 0x800ccc0f Connection to the server is interrupted message. He was sucesfully using Outlook for aprox 1 hour before the error started to occur. He reports that no changes were made to the computer. The computer is located in an office with 2 others, neither of which is having any problem connecting to the email server, which is located on the Internet.
# Eliminated possible related to the users profile - I logged on with a different user with full admin rights, user had have had Outlook configured before and problem reocurred.
# Eliminated possible related to the users email account - While logged onto that computer with a different user, configured Outlook with a new test user email account and problem reoccured.
# Problem is isolated to this one computer, all other computers in the building have no problem.
# I did a repair install of Oulook and no change.
# I uninstalled Office 2003, restarted, reinstalled Office 2003, installed SP3 and installed all updates, no change.
# Disabled all AV/AS software (NOD32) and no change.
