Trend Micro Client Server Messaging asks to close mmc during install

OS is Small Business Server 2003... During installation of Client Server Messaging I am getting a message saying "Microsoft Management Console is open... Please close MMC to continue". MMC does not appear to be running...

Please advise...

Open the Task Manager and look for MMC. Right click on any MMC and End Process.
