How to export outgoing queue details

We were trying to send an email to a large number of recepients. During the process exchange server stopped responding. Now the queue shows all of these emails as active with 0 size and 0 number of messages. I would like to know if there is a way to export this queue list in order to try the procedure again

Great article although it focuses on ms exchange 2007 and our server is exchange 2003
