Dear all,
As usual, like other devices... Plug in the bluetooth dongle, install driver with Bluesoleil 1.4 then restart PC. When my Windows XP sp3 loaded, BlueSoleil program prompt me a message as "Please Insert a bluetooth Device".

Can anyone tell me how can I fix this problem?
