In recently uninstalled Vista, reformatted, and installed Windows XP.  I have all the drivers except the SM Buss Controller.

When I got to the Acer site to download the ASM1100_XP_NVIDIA.ZIP file (which is where I presume the drivers is located)  I cannot extraxt the file.  I keep getting an rear error message.

Any suggestions?

OK - I downloaded the file.  When I attempted to extract, I received a "read error" notice and the download stopped.  Is  there anywhere else, where I might download the file?  Thanks

What do you mean--> "When I attempted to extract, I received a "read error" notice and the download stopped."
Aren't you saving the file on download and then extracting it. If you don't save the file it will generate a read error because it can't find it.
