Outlook 2003 draft folder appears empty

The draft folder appears empty in Outlook 2003 client on a terminal server but it isn't.  Draft emails are actually there when viewed via Outlook Web Access.

It may be cause by the view in outlook.  It's possible for the view in outlook to be different then the view in owa.

Check the view by clicking View, then look in the arrange by submenu.  From this submenu look for the menu "Current View".  Choose "Messages"  If this is set to something like "Unread Messages" or "Last Seven days" it won't show you everything.
