We have a (cPanel) hosting account with one domain parked on another.
A web form is in the web site.
When accessed using the primary domain name, it works fine.
When accessed using the parked domain name, the behavior is:   it does not send the email and it only refreshes the page.

any idea how to fix?

Here's the parked domain URL:
Doesnt work:
http://www.holmes-shusas.com/contact.htm - go to bottom and submit page refreshes
(okay to test, there is no form validation at present)

(I don't know FP, so it's difficult for me to advise)
(We've reinstalled the serverside FP support routines)

How are you pushing the parked domain over to the primary domain name?  You should be using a 301 / permanent redirect.  And that way no pages under the parked domain will be able to come up.  FPSE are picky this way - you have FPSE installed on the permanent domain name and the parked domain name does not exist under the FPSE / FP.

turns out that FPSE just needed reinstalling again for the parked domains.
We hadn't realized these were a separate operation in Cpanel, since they are not shown separately in WHM
