I have PaperPort 11 installed on a PC running WinXP. This program has a "SendTo" link located in a toolbar, from which I was able to send a scanned image to Outlook Express as an attachment. One day, this was working fine; the next day, the process stopped working. I am not getting any error codes, but once I click on the SendTo Outlook icon, a window pops up, and the program hangs.
I tried to resolve this issue by re-configuring Outlook Express as the default mail client and creating a new Outlook Express link within Paperport (per http://knowledgebase.nuance.com/view.asp?60VQ=JHFH&5d7r4B=rznvy
), but this did not help.
