I'm having problems downloading data from a priviate site on the web. My system is Microsoft XP Home Edition 2002, with Office 2003, with Explorer 7. I have run windows update and still having problems getting the data, after installing the updates. The following is the error that has come up and will not allow me to down load the data. &nbsp; (The Seagate Software ActiveX Viewer is unable to create it's resource objects. To rectify this problem, please install Internet Explorer 4.0 or install DCOM for Windows 95 and the Microsoft Scrirting Engine. These files are available at Microsoft's web site.)
