Outlook can't create Folder within Inbox

Hey there,

I did the following migration: SBS 2003+Exchange+SQL05 from old Raid to new Raid (same Server, HAL - execpt raid-controller & hdds). Everything finde, reinstalled Exchange, backup via ntbackup, reconnected all the users.

User can access, read, delete his emails (pop3-connector to external mailbox).

User can't create any Subfolder within his "Inbox". The Error message is "Can't create folder".

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Hi,
Great that makes it slightly easier, can you please recreate the Outlook Profile for one user and try again
Thanks

thank you.

to be sure: local on the client, deleting exchange-profile and set up again, yes? Nothing to do on the server, not deleting the local/roaming user profile?

LOcal on the Client, recreating Profile will not cause any loss.
Also only config on client, no changes requried on server
