Wikipedia removal of COIBot

How would someone get this removed from their wiki entry?

This maybe difficult because the specified user or link may be on the Wikipedia black list, generally for creating spam posts or links within articles.

Generally though the COIBot will remain until such a time as a moderator either removes the tag or the link/article.

If however you believe your name/link has been incorrectly interpreted by COIBot simply login and delete the link from the list!!
