Resource Credentials - Resource not found

I'm picking up where someone else left off, so this could be something basic.

When I do the Test All option under Resource Credentials, one of my servers test results is "successful" at the system name spot, then "resource not found" for C: drive, MS SQL, Util partition, Shadow copy, and System state.

I checked the server, and it appears to have the same backup exec service running that my working servers have. Any ideas?

Ah ha!@ The service says "starting" not started. That must be the problem. About to try to stop/start or reboot.
