How do I import mpp into Sharepoint Services 3.0

I have a sharepoint site setup for my clients using Sharepoint Services 3.0.

My Development team has sent me a mpp file, but I do not have Microsoft Project nor does the client.  Si I need a way to shre the project plan with the client.

I started manually entering the project plan into a gantt chart (provided free with Sharepoint), but it has no dependencies like project does and it is very time intensive, especially to maintain.

I don't have a budget just yet and would like to find the lowest cost solution for sharing the project plans with my clients.

Any ideas?  So far I have seen two products:
TeamDirection - Microsoft Project Add-In - Has expensive recurring cost.
ProjectPublisher - $150

Why not just export the project as a GIF image and publish that ?

Edit .. Copy Picture in MsProject

Iyonst - Thank you, but I would rather not use static image.

I saw the post you are referring to for those two products, but I was looking for another alternative to those.

Any other alternatives?
