Purchased Zoomify Enterprise three weeks ago, support page says customers should contact support@zoomify.com to get Zoomify Flash. Three weeks no response. How do I get through to this company?

Purchased Zoomify Enterprise three weeks ago, the support page says Enterprise customers should contact support@zoomify.com to get Zoomify Flash client with source code.  we have been trying to contact support@zoomify.com for three weeks without response. Does anyone know how to get through to this company or know of other alternatives?

We sent faxes, letters, left messages.  There is no way to talk to a human being when one calls. "All support is handled by voice mail or e-mail" says the voice mail prompt.  I sent a message to the CEO on LinkedIn last week asking him why no one from support will respond to us. We just spent $795, I think it worth some type of response.
Wow. Bummer :(((

I'm having the same problem contacting zoomify, only been 7 days but the promise of priority support is completely none existant....

We requested a MAC version of zoomify, and were sent the Windows version, we've since been trying to contact ZOomify in regards to aquiring Zoomify for Flash..... again no reply after several emails and phone calls.

JoomlaJohn, I don't suppose you have a version of zoomify for flash you could send my way do you!... Our project deadline won't stretch 30 days waiting for zoomify to get back to me, and after 800 dollars im feeling quite bitter! :)

I'm not comfortable sending you the software however I am comfortable with giving you the e-mail of the CEO who I have been in contact with.  Dave Urbanic dave@zoomify.com.  As they have been wading through their support@zoomfify e-mail they have double and triple checking in with me to make sure I have everything I need.  They were really nice to me even though I may have gone a little overboard on some of my e-mails.  :)

Just received everything I asked for this morning, (direct from Dave himself), not sure if thats a co-incidence but it all turned up in my inbox directly after my post on EE.

Dave explained that they are having similiar problems to what you described, backlog of support emails and requests. Although I tried to keep my emails respectful I think it was pretty obvious I was tired of waiting.... that was only after a week!

So anyway, for the record, zoomify have fulfilled all that was required of them in sending me everything I asked for and were also very polite.
