Where we can get ActiveX to reinstall corrupt ActiveX

We have a corrupt ActiveX. We are trying to reinstall it. Where we can find to download it? Is there any other solution before reinstalling it?

What ActiveX control is it? And how do you know that it is corrupt?

We were trying to run Active X software. With your question you looked right, because later we check the rights for the user and seems like group policy corruption, then Active X. We restore the group policy and everything was fine and smooth. Thanks for your question.
