Lotus Notes View Problem

Two of our users, when opening a view which could normally be opened ok now sees only the default #column; all other colums have disappeared.
In the case of the two users, it is a different view that is affected.  

All other users can see the views normally.  What is the cause of this anomally?

Check the design of the database, maybe they created (private) view with the same name/alias.
Also delete their Cache.NDK files from their local Data folders.

Nether of the two users have private views -- I doubt if they would know how to create one.  I have deleted th cache.ndk file, rebooted their computer but the problem persists.  By the way, the data folders are on a network drive.

I fixed the problem by opening the hidden view in Bookmarks (byURL) and deleting all the documents there.  But thanks for trying to help me.
