SBS2003 Sharepoint , how to link multiple files?

Im trying to solve my customer request!
When click to open some excel sheet ( or word doc) in document library  is it possible to automaticly open (pop up)  in new windows some JPG or PDF file, maybe not in new window but to display a link to another file!?

You can certainly include a linked file within the Office Document you are opening.  But do you want this to be dynamic?  (ie, the secondary file might change?)

If the document NAME changes that can be tough to do.  But if the document itself changes then that would be updated automatically.
