How can I get the difference of two times ?

I need a way to get the difference in minutes of two times

A := '10:45'
B := '10:57'

C := A - B ???

If C > 15 (minutes) then

What is the right form to do this?

uses dateutils;

if minutesbetween(a, b)>15 then
